Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the HR lead for the international teams and provide consultation and support to the division management while partnering with international managers
  • Build and implement the international people agenda under the framework of the global HR strategy and drive employee engagement
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions to leverage organizational and employees’ success
  • Lead core HR programs and initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent management, welfare, and internal communications in International.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders and people advocate for employees.
  • Provide HR support to the HR global team on a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, welfare, benefits, and HRIS

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience as HRBP in a global tech company
  • Experience supporting global matrix organizations and teams
  • Able to support multiple initiatives, processes, and tasks with high professional standards
  • Recruiting experience including behavioral interviews and innovative research methods to hire for niche areas and “hard to fill” roles
  • Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
  • Team player who creates trust and promotes team synergies
  • Attention to detail, meticulous organization skills, and strong communication skills
  • High-level English - written and spoken
