Admin and Welfare Generalist
- Reception Duties: Hosting guests, Deliveries (incoming & Outgoing), Day to Day assistance to employees, calls, Travel arrangements (Taxis, Cell packages), Managing Conference rooms (scheduling, refreshments, etc.) Business cards
- Administrative Responsibilities: Employees Cell phones, Cibus, Office Supplies & Shufersal orders, working with ERP
- Welfare Generalist Duties: responsibility for Happy hours, assistance to HR with Holidays (toasts & presents) and other Events, Birthday presents etc.
Skills and Experience:
- B.A degree or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience as an office admin, front desk Admin, or administrative assistant in Hi-tech
- Experience working with vendors (negotiation skills, budget management) — advantage
- Expert on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ERP and Graphic software experience – advantage
- Fluent English and Hebrew
