Recruitment and HR Specialist
In this position you will be a part of Insightec’s HR global team.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment cycles, E2E in Israel and assist our global sites
- Use multiple candidate sourcing strategies to address key organizational talent needs
- Support the employee branding strategy by advertising and promoting roles in social media
- maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
- Work closely with hiring managers and serve as a consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends
- Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously
HR:
- Act as an HR Partner supporting team leaders and employees in HR-related topics
- Support HR programs and initiatives and Implement and support HR corporate policies
Skills and Experience:
- BA in Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent
- 4+ years’ experience in E2E recruitment processes from Hi-tech companies
- Experience in sourcing and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Job Boards)
- Solid ability to conduct behavioral interviews
- Experience as an HR specialist
- Strong English - writing and verbal – must
- Previous experience with Greenhouse – Advantage
