This website contains claims relating to the benefit or performance of a specific medical treatment and commercial product. All claims are supported by clear references to scientific research results and/or published articles.

We reserve the right to terminate a user's access to any or all sections of the Site or Interactive areas, upon any reason, including, but not limited to any breach of these Term and Conditions or in the event of Site corruption or other technical difficulties. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by destroying all materials obtained from this Site and all related documentation and all copies thereof, whether made under these Terms of Use or otherwise. These terms shall be governed in all aspects by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of Israel. You agree that all disputes and differences shall be determined in a court of competent jurisdiction within This website respects the legal requirements, including those concerning medical and personal information privacy, in accordance with the laws of Israel.
If any provision of these terms shall be held unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
InSightec may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, in our sole discretion. The user may not assign its rights under this Agreement without InSightec's prior written permission. Any attempt by the user to assign your rights under this Agreement without InSightec's permission shall be void. The waiver by InSightec of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or a subsequent breach of the same or a different kind.
